Noreen Connolly, MS, JD, CCRC, is a Senior Health Project Coordinator in the Neurology Department, University of Rochester Medical Center. She has been a clinical trial coordinator with the Epilepsy Division since 2011 and Assistant to the University of Rochester NeuroNEXT Clinical Site Coordinator since January 2018. Noreen received her BS and MS degrees in biology from Loyola University of Chicago, JD from the University of Kansas School of Law, and Graduate Certificate in Clinical Research Ethics from Loyola University’s Strich School of Medicine. She has been a Certified Clinical Coordinator through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) since 2013, and a member of the Institutional Review Board of the University of Rochester Medical Center since 2009. Her clinical research experience includes all facets of clinical research trials, including protocol development, start-up, recruitment, and coordination of pharmaceutical and government-sponsored inpatient and outpatient trials in epilepsy, with special emphasis on regulatory compliance and clinical research ethics. Noreen is currently Vice-President of the Western New York Chapter of ACRP (WNY-ACRP); President-elect of WNY-ACRP for 2019, and Co-Chair of the Women’s Connections Committee of the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys.
