Ms. Spencer is the grants administrator at the DCC. She has over ten years of experience managing grants, both pre- and post-award. Ms. Spencer works with proposal teams to develop project budgets, and manages funded proposals in the Network. She also oversees all meeting planning and provides Network and project-specific administrative support as needed.
