Dr. Gloer is an Assistant Research Scientist in the CTSDMC. As QA/QM specialist, she has overall QA responsibility for all DCC activities. Her responsibilities include: attending selected NeuroNEXT Study Team and DCC Operations meetings; reviewing and updating NeuroNEXT SOPs; reviewing training procedures and performing quality checks of DCC training documentation; reviewing files (paper and electronic) for accuracy and consistency; developing quality indicators, metrics, and tools; working with staff to identify and implement process improvements; performing quality and compliance reviews of DCC research activities; and managing preparations of study data and materials for sharing with the NINDS repository. Dr. Gloer also works with staff to ensure that system validations are conducted correctly and are appropriately documented.
