Ms. Hagar is the Pre-Award Grant Administrator at the CCC. Ms. Hagar works with the pre-award team and the PPIs to develop grant applications and develops study budgets, including incorporating budgets from subcontractors and vendors, ensuring budgets are compliant with NIH policies on allowable costs. She also works with grant administration personnel from the PPIs' institutions to help facilitate grant submissions.
