Educational Opportunities

Current Educational Opportunities

  • The Clinical Trial Methodology Course for junior researchers in neurology-focused clinical trials.
  • Since January 2022, the NeuroNEXT Clinical Coordinating Center (CCC) has hosted five cohorts totaling 21 Georgetown University undergraduate students as part of an “Introduction to NeuroNEXT” internship. This is an ongoing partnership between NeuroNEXT and Georgetown University to foster a diverse pipeline of clinical researchers. The CCC hosts up to 10 students per year as part of this program. Students meet with Principal Investigators, sIRB Liaisons, Project Managers, Grant Administrators, NIH Program Officials, and members of the Data Coordinating Center (DCC) and central pharmacy teams; lead weekly cohort discussions; write weekly reflections; and prepare a final presentation. Please reach out to Maria Houghton (mhoughton3@mgh.harvard.edu) if you would like to learn more.
