Steven M. Greenberg

Dr. Greenberg is Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School, Director of the Hemorrhagic Stroke Research Program, Vice Chair of Neurology for Faculty Development and Promotions, and holds the John J. Conway Endowed Chair at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has served in many national and international leadership roles in the fields of stroke and neurology, including president of the International CAA Association, chair of the NIH Acute Neurologic Injury and Epilepsy grant review committee, session co-chair for the NINDS Alzheimer’s Disease-Related Dementias Summit, and chair of the American Hearth Association International Stroke Conference. Dr. Greenberg is the Co-Director of NCRI at MGH, and currently serves as the PI for hte Coordinating Center of the NINDS-funded MarkVCID Biomarkers Consortium. 

Within the NeuroNEXT Network, Dr. Greenberg is a study design lead for the CCC, where he advises Protocol Principal Investigators preparing grant applications. He also serves on Protocol Steering Committees for funded projects, as requested.
